\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Microsleep<\/em> merujuk kepada satu episod tidur singkat (sekejap) yang tidak dapat dikawal dan ia berlaku untuk tempoh antara 1 hingga 30 saat. Ia terjadi tanpa sebarang amaran dan kerap berlaku apabila individu tersebut cuba melawan rasa mengantuk dan kekal berjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk makluman anda, <em>microsleep<\/em> tidak bermakna mata akan akan tertutup (seperti tidur), bahkan ia juga boleh berlaku ketika mata sedang dan masih terbuka.
