The driving licenses offered can be completed within five days and recorded in the JPJ system, which allows payment to be made after the issuance of the &#8216;lesen terbang.&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JPJ&#8217;s Facebook post stated that JPJ took the &#8216;lesen terbang&#8217; mean?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Lesen terbang&#8217; or &#8216;lesen kopi-o&#8217; refers to <strong>a driving license obtained illegally by paying a particular<\/strong> <strong>party without attending any course or sitting for written and practical tests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your information, the selling of &#8216;lesen terbang&#8217; is not a new issue. The driving institute will manage your course registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpj.gov.my\/web\/main-site\/kuala-lumpur-memandu\">list of registered driving institutes throughout Malaysia in each state<\/a> on JPJ&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"attend-driver-s-education-curriculum-course-kpp01\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Attend_Driver%E2%80%99s_Education_Curriculum_Course_KPP01\"><\/span>Attend Driver\u2019s Education Curriculum Course (KPP01)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, you must attend the Driver Education Curriculum Course (KPP01) for 6 hours, usually on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are encouraged to dress neatly and politely while taking this course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"sit-for-computerised-traffic-law-test\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sit_for_Computerised_Traffic_Law_Test\"><\/span>Sit for Computerised Traffic Law Test<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the KPP01 course, you will then have to sit for a Computerised Traffic Law Test within 45 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that the minimum score to pass this test is 42\/50. After completing the training, you will get a &#8220;learning to drive form&#8221; (SM4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"take-qualifying-driving-examination-qti\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Take_qualifying_driving_examination_QTI\"><\/span>Take qualifying driving examination (QTI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you will need to sit for the qualifying test or QTI before undergoing the JPJ practical test.
