He added that the highway operators will bear the costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bjak.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-04-26-15.04.20-1024x1024.jpg?resize=1024%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Toll-free, discounted travel on 30 highways during Raya\" class=\"wp-image-29781\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is the first time after two years of the movement control order (MCO). Malaysians may return to their hometowns to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe expect two million vehicles to use the highway daily this festive period and prolonged travelling time. We advise highway customers to abide by the TTA issued. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Please use the TTA to plan your journeys,&#8221; Sabri said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free toll provision involves the North-South Expressway under PLUS Malaysia and the East Coast Expressway (LPT) under Anih Berhad and other highways connecting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toll-free travel on the North-South Highway and LPT are on May 7 and 8.
