As a result, you are not eligible to claim insurance against the other involved party. You can only claim from your insurer, given that you are a comprehensive policyholder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another alternative is that you pay the repair cost yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iv) <strong>The other involved party is uninsured<\/strong>.
