Steps to Use MyJPJ App
1. Download the MyJPJ App
- For Android: Search “MyJPJ” in the Google Play Store
- For iPhone: Search “MyJPJ” in the App Store
Make sure it is developed by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia.
2. Register for a Public ID
- Open the app and choose “Register New Account”
- Fill in your:
- Full name
- Identity card (IC) number
- Phone number
- Active email
- Create a password and verify via SMS or email
3. Log in to MyJPJ
- Use your IC number and the password you created
- You’ll now have access to the main dashboard
Main Features You Should Know
A. Check Digital Roadtax
- Go to the “Vehicle Info” section
- Your car registration number will appear
- View the roadtax expiry date
If the car is under your name, it will show up automatically.
B. Check Driving Licence
- Tap on “Licence Info”
- You’ll see:
- Type of licence (CDL, P, GDL)
- Expiry date
- Licence classes (B2, D, E)
C. Check Summons
- Go to the “Summons” section
- See all active unpaid summons
- You can tap the link to pay online
