The Road Tax Department (JPJ) is one of the most important government agencies that Malaysians deal with on a day-to-day basis for matters, such as roadtax renewal, driver’s licence renewal, vehicle registration and more. But for years, people have been flooding JPJ counters for vehicle-related services.
In an attempt to solve the growing number of crowds and reduce waiting time, JPJ has introduced various solutions over the years, including the implementation of self-service kiosks. These kiosks enable the public to perform various transactions, such as renewing car road tax, at their convenience outside the operating hours of physical counters.
