主要职责：

• 设计、开发和实施AI模型、算法和应用程序，以解决复杂的业务挑战。
• 与产品经理和利益相关者合作，确定AI项目目标、需求和时间表。
• AI模型的端到端生命周期，包括数据收集、预处理、模型训练、评估和部署。
• 了解AI和机器学习的最新进展，并将最佳实践融入项目中。
• 通过先进的分析和可视化技术推动数据驱动的决策。
• 确保AI解决方案的安全性、可扩展性和效率。
• 研究工作，探索和整合前沿的AI技术。

任职要求：

• 计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的学士、硕士或博士学位。
• 具备AI工程师、机器学习工程师、算法工程师的相关工作经验，并有成功参与AI项目的记录。
• 精通AI和机器学习框架及编程语言（例如 Python、PyTorch、TensorFlow）。
• 在实际AI编程方面拥有丰富的专业知识。
• 具备优秀的问题解决能力和批判性思维。

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• End-to-end AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating best practices into projects.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization techniques.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
• Research efforts to explore and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI engineer, Machine Learning engineer, Algorithm engineer, with a track record of contributing in successful AI projects.
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong expertise in hands-on AI programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• A passion for staying at the forefront of AI and machine learning advancements.
