Puspakom is now running the campaign namely #DriveSafeNoRegrets, a free Voluntary Vehicle Inspection for private vehicle owners in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
The campaign will last for 12 days – starting from 17 to 29 April 2022 all Puspakom inspection centres (excluding Shah Alam and Pasir Gudang).
For convenience, people can start booking an early appointment online at www.mypuspakom.com.my. You may also opt for a walk-in at Puspakom’s mobile checking points. However, you may need to queue for your turn.

Proper vehicle check-up before Balik Kampung
This safety campaign will include a 25-point vehicle safety check. Examples are brakes, tyres, suspensions, lights, and others.
This is to ensure that the vehicles are in optimum condition before heading back to your loved ones for Hari Raya.
Puspakom Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Shukor Ismail said the campaign aims to raise public awareness of the need for scheduled vehicle inspections to ensure the level of vehicle safety.
He said proper inspection is necessary as the number of vehicles on the road is likely to soar this festive season.
“To the public’s knowledge, Puspakom uses computerized inspection tools to test the vehicle’ efficiency and effectiveness.
“Vehicle owners will receive VVI reports, following the international standards as a reference. Therefore, they can know the actual condition of the driven vehicle or possible damage to vehicle components.”
Those who intend to attend must follow the set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Examples: wear a face mask, scan MySejahtera, and practice social distancing.
