Terms & Conditions1. Nature of the Fund
- BJAK Bantu is a voluntary assistance program funded entirely by BJAK Sdn Bhd. It is not an entitlement, benefit, insurance product, financial service or contractual obligation.
- CSR funds are segregated and not linked to customer accounts or premiums.
- BJAK may accept, decline or discontinue applications at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
Applicant must:
- Be a Malaysian resident
- Be able to verify their identity
- Provide accurate information and supporting documents if requested
- Consent to verification of identity, bills, medical, repair, or other relevant documents
- Be facing a genuine hardship that requires financial assistance
3. Assistance Amount
BJAK may provide up to RM50,000 per case, depending on:
- Urgency
- Severity
- Documentation
- Impact
- Available funds
BJAK may choose to:
- Pay vendors directly
- Purchase required items on behalf of the applicant
- Transfer directly only in selected and verified cases
4. Assistance may be partial, one-time, or subject to change at BJAK's discretion.
5. No Public Criteria Disclosure
To prevent manipulation or gaming, BJAK will not publish detailed selection conditions. Applicants acknowledge and accept that:
- Selection is discretionary
- Criteria may vary case by case
- Not all genuine cases can be assisted due to fund limits
- Selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal
6. Selection & Rejection
- Only selected applicants will be contacted.
- If you do not receive a call, it means your application was not chosen.
- There will be no explanations and no appeals. All decisions are final.
7. Verification
BJAK may verify any information provided, including:
- Identity
- Bills/receipts
- Medical or repair documents
- Contacting vendors, hospitals, employers or relevant parties
Providing false, misleading, incomplete or inconsistent information may result in:
- Immediate disqualification
- Blacklisting from future assistance
- Withdrawal of assistance even after approval
- Reporting to authorities if necessary
8. Publicity
- If selected, applicants may be invited to share their story to spread awareness of this CSR program.
- This is optional, and refusal does not affect assistance.
- By agreeing to share, applicants consent to the use of content by BJAK for reporting, social media, or internal communications.
9. Data Use
All personal data will only be used for:
- Assessing the application
- Verification
- Compliance
- Internal reporting
10. Applicants consent to collection, processing, and use of personal data for these purposes. Data will be stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and deleted in accordance with BJAK's retention policy.
11. BJAK Rights
BJAK may:
- Modify or discontinue the fund at any time
- Change the assistance amount or method
- Reject submissions without explanation
- Set and revise internal selection priorities
- Limit number of cases per month
- Make final decisions with no appeal
- Audit and review applications and supporting documents for compliance or fraud prevention
12. Disclaimer
- Applying does not create any obligation on BJAK.
- All assistance is voluntary, discretionary, and subject to available funds and internal governance.
