Referral Terms and Conditions

New User Sign-up Discount

New users who sign up using a valid referral link will receive a RM25 discount that can be applied to their first policy purchase.

Referral Rewards

Participants can earn unlimited referral credits. For each successful referral:

When your friend purchases a policy using your referral link, they receive RM25 off their purchase, and you earn RM25 in referral credits.

Application of Credits

• Users may not select a partial amount of credits to apply on a policy. Once the Apply Discount function is activated, all available referral credits will be applied automatically to the total policy cost.
• If the applied referral credit amount exceeds the policy cost, only the necessary amount will be deducted. Any excess credits will remain in the user’s account balance for future use.

Refunds

In the event that a full refund is approved for a policy purchased with referral credits, the corresponding credits used will be reinstated into the user’s account balance. Partial refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with BJAK’s refund policy.

General Provisions

• Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• BJAK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
