Campaign Period

1. Introduction

The BJAK Rewards campaign ("Campaign") is organised by BJAK to reward users who sign up for an insurance quote on BJAK. Participation is free, and no purchase is required.

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to:

  • Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 and above.
  • Users who complete the sign-up form on www.bjak.my during the Campaign Period.

Additional conditions:

  • Each completed sign-up form counts as one valid participation.
  • No payment or renewal is required to enter.
  • BJAK employees and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.

3. Campaign Mechanics

To participate, users must:

  • Visit www.bjak.my between 4 May 2026 (12:00 AM) and 30 May 2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Complete the sign-up form with accurate information.
  • Choose one reward.

Referral Entries (Optional)

For each successful referral (a friend who completes the sign-up form using the participant's unique link), one additional lucky draw entry will be awarded.

4. Reward

Lucky Draw

  • Users will be entered into the Campaign's lucky draw.
  • Lucky draw winners for this Campaign will be announced by 7 June 2026.
  • Referral entries will be added only after verification.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected through a randomised system.
  • Each valid participation is treated as one entry.
  • Additional entries from referrals will be included once verified.
  • Selection is not influenced by past renewals, user profile, or activity level.
  • BJAK will retain internal records of the draw for compliance purposes.

6. Prizes

BJAK reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of similar or higher value, without prior notice.

7. Winner Announcement and Fulfilment

  • Winners will be announced by 7 June 2026 on BJAK's official channels.
  • BJAK will also contact winners by email or phone within seven working days.
  • Winners must confirm acceptance within seven days of being contacted.
  • If a winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
  • Prize delivery or collection will be arranged directly with each confirmed winner.

8. Disqualification

BJAK may disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate information.
  • Engages in fraudulent referral activity or uses automated tools.
  • Violates any of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Publicity

By participating, users agree that BJAK may use their name, likeness, statements, or other relevant details for marketing or promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

10. Changes or Cancellation

BJAK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or modify the prizes, at any time. Any changes will be announced on BJAK's official channels.

11. Limitation of Liability

BJAK is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, system errors, or service disruptions.
  • Delayed or undelivered communications due to incorrect information or external factors.
  • Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or from use of prizes.
