FAQ
BJAK Bantu is a voluntary hardship assistance program funded entirely by BJAK Sdn Bhd. It provides financial or in-kind support to Malaysians facing serious hardship, such as medical emergencies, family crises, loss of income, disaster impact, mobility or safety needs, or child/elderly support. This program is not an entitlement, insurance product, or contractual obligation, and all assistance is discretionary and subject to available funds.
BJAK Bantu is meant for individuals truly in need of help and facing serious hardship. It is not limited to car-related problems and may cover medical emergencies, household crises, urgent financial needs, or other situations that significantly impact safety, livelihood, or wellbeing.
If selected, a BJAK representative will contact you directly by phone. Wherever possible, BJAK will pay vendors directly or purchase required items on behalf of the applicant to avoid fraud and deliver help efficiently. In limited cases, direct transfer may be made to the applicant.
The team will assess each case; the maximum is up to RM50,000 per case. Assistance may be partial, one-time, or subject to change, depending on urgency, severity, documentation, impact, and available funds.
Click "Apply Now" and submit the application form. Supporting documents (e.g., photos, bills, hospital documents, police report) are required. Applicants must consent to verification of any documents or information provided.
Approval is not guaranteed. Selection is based on internal criteria, budget and verification. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by phone — no rejection messages will be sent for unsuccessful applicants.
Selection usually takes 7–14 working days. All decisions are final and appeals are not allowed.
You may reapply next month if your situation hasn't improved or circumstances change. However, assistance can only be approved once per household per year.
BJAK Bantu is funded entirely from BJAK Sdn Bhd's corporate CSR allocation. It is separate from customer accounts, premiums, or other regulated funds, and does not come from any money collected from customers.
All personal data is used strictly for assessing applications, verification, compliance, and internal reporting. Applicants consent to the collection and processing of their data for these purposes. Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
