Compare Generali with other insurers
Motor insurance was de-tariffed in July 2017, so insurers price the same car differently on the same day. There is no insurer that is cheapest for everyone, and no way to know what Generali will charge for your car without asking. Compare it side by side with the rest of the panel, or read another insurer's page first.Compare all insurers side by sideOther insurers on the panel
Generali car insurance FAQ
Is Generali takaful or conventional insurance?
Generali is a conventional general insurer. BJAK's panel also includes takaful operators, and both appear side by side when you compare quotes, so you can choose on price and cover rather than on which list an insurer sits in.
What add-ons can I get with Generali?
The table on this page lists them, separating the ones included at no extra cost from the ones priced as paid add-ons, and showing which are not offered at all. Whether a given add-on can be offered to you still depends on your vehicle, its age and your claims history.
Where can I read Generali's policy wording and Product Disclosure Sheet?
Both are linked at the foot of this page, along with claim forms and any panel workshop listing the insurer publishes. Every link points at Generali's own site rather than at a copy, so you are always reading the current version.
Is Generali cheaper than other insurers?
There is no insurer that is cheapest for every driver. Since de-tariffication in July 2017 each one prices on its own view of risk, so the cheapest for your car this year may not be the cheapest next year. Comparing quotes across the whole panel is the only way to answer it for your car.
How do I buy or renew Generali car insurance?
Start a quote on BJAK with your vehicle registration number, compare Generali's price against the rest of the panel, choose your add-ons and pay online. Roadtax can be renewed in the same flow once the policy is active.
