What happens if my order cannot proceed?

First, BJAK checks whether the issue can be resolved

The team may verify the order details, retry a system submission, request a document, ask for vehicle photos or contact the selected insurer or takaful operator.

When an order may not proceed

Examples include:

  • The vehicle or owner details cannot be verified
  • The insurer declines or cannot issue the policy
  • A JPJ or PDRM restriction prevents roadtax renewal
  • Required documents are not provided
  • The selected service is no longer available for the order

What BJAK will communicate

BJAK will explain which part of the order cannot be completed and whether another action, provider or option is available.

How the refund is handled

If the relevant service was not completed and a refund applies, BJAK will verify the payment and arrange the refund through the supported payment route. Timing depends on the provider and channel.

Important clarification

If one part of a combined order succeeds and another part fails, the refund may apply only to the unsuccessful part. BJAK will confirm the amount before processing.
