Payment security and personal data

Payments are processed by authorised payment providers. Your payment details are entered through the provider's secure payment flow, while BJAK keeps the transaction reference needed to manage your order.

BJAK does not keep your full card number in its order system. The payment provider processes the card details and returns a transaction result and reference.

These details are needed to retrieve the correct vehicle information, No-Claim Discount and quotation information. They are also used to verify and process your purchase.

BJAK handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable requirements. Staff access is limited according to job responsibilities. For data-related questions, contact [email protected].

BJAK uses system monitoring, access controls, incident-response procedures and secure development practices. These controls are maintained by the engineering and security teams and reviewed regularly.
