Who can I contact about my personal data?

When to contact the Data Protection Officer

You may contact the Data Protection Officer when you want to understand:

  • Why BJAK collected certain information
  • How the information is being used
  • Which parties may receive the information
  • How to update inaccurate personal data
  • How to raise a privacy concern

What to include

Provide your name, contact details, a clear explanation of the request and enough information to identify the relevant account or order. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords or unnecessary payment details.

Identity verification

BJAK may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing personal information. This helps prevent another person from accessing or changing your data without permission.

Other support matters

For payment, policy, roadtax, refund or claim questions, use BJAK's normal customer-support channel. The Data Protection Officer handles privacy and personal-data matters rather than general order support.

Important clarification

Some requests may be subject to legal, regulatory or record-keeping requirements. BJAK will explain when information must be retained or when a request cannot be completed as submitted.
